Procurement conversation

Contact Verdant Link Sourcing with your harvest brief

Use the form to start a business equipment or parts inquiry. Tell us which questions remain open so the next exchange can focus on the information a quoting factory needs.

Submit the request

The on-site inquiry form is the current contact route. Provide a work email and company name for procurement follow-up. No public office address, telephone number, social account or fixed business hours are supplied in the current service record.

Prepare the field details

Describe crop or farming application, site size and operating conditions. Add crop and throughput basis, working width or capacity, power and interface, moisture or handling target, wear parts and service documents, quantity and US destination.

Coordinate the next step

After review, the contact channel and any additional drawings or document exchange are agreed with the buyer. A submitted form does not confirm supplier acceptance, pricing, availability or the seasonal delivery date.

Illustrated procurement route from farm brief to quotation comparison

Keep the operating need in your own words

A first request can be incomplete. Indicate whether you are replacing a component, comparing machine forms or defining a new harvesting package. For parts, record a reference, dimensions and the host machine details. For equipment, say which tractor or transport wagon must connect to it.

Include capacity, flow, pressure, power or working-width requirements as applicable, along with material, attachment, control and compatibility requirements. Installation, commissioning and document needs should be visible to the quoting party rather than implied by a general request for a complete machine.

Your optional budget should identify amount or range, currency and per-unit or whole-order basis. A premium preference can emphasize documentation and support; a budget-friendly preference can reduce optional equipment. Keep required compatibility and acceptance criteria constant. These preferences do not represent verified supplier ratings.

Review the service responsibilities and catalog options if you need to organize the inquiry. Do not send unrelated sensitive personal records in the requirements box.

By submitting, you ask us to review this business procurement request and contact you about it. See our Privacy Policy. Submission is not an order or a confirmed quotation.
